winny diet?

i'm putting together a cycle for someone else and was wondering what type of diet he would need to be on while taking winny. he's around 260 and wants to lean up a bit. of course he'll get strength with it.

any suggestions?

I'd say a 60/30/10 split of protein, carb, and fat respectively.

i know this but he wants to take it anyways, so i just want to help him do it the best way possible. and i dunno bf but pretty high.
 
winny only gives the muscle a harder appearance if the user is already lean, I would say anywere under 8% maybe 10 but thats pushing it
 
is there something else he would be bettr off doin b/c he is gonna do something and i just wanna point him in the right direction. would test be better? i've used test and loved it, made me leaner, but i'm no where near that big.

I think he'd be happier with a more effective and COST effective test cycle, 500mg/week for 10 weeks maybe? If his BF is high he may not see any results at all except for a little strength gain. I don't hit winny until i am at least 10% or under. Seems like a waste any other time.


If he isn't listning to your suggestiong, then tell mr.knowitall to take a hike. That's what brings such bad reps to AS.

thanks alot, thats what i was thinkin, run 400mg/wk of enan w/ nolv on hand. hopefully he will like this idea.
 
His diet and training need to be in order before gear. Not the other way around. He should use that money to buy supplements, healthy food, books on training/nutrition (or a computer), and get his bf tested if he has not done so already. Maybe get a personal trainer.

And as stated above, it is also my understanding that if a person's bf % is too high, there will be little gained (if anything) from a test cycle. Seems like a complete waste of time not to mention funds.

But if he is going to do it anyway, helping him do it safely is in order. Just hope he doesn't honestly believe in the whole magic pill idea.
 
AAS is not a magic pill, true. Get diet (6 meal/day), training (about 5 days a week, no missing workouts), and committment or a waste of time. You won't get great results and the worst part of people w/ shitty habits is they lose all their gains and then blame AAS. For him: winny is for people below 10%, I know from personal xperience. test w/ an anti-e

That would be a little more acceptable....althought he may want to learn how to train and eat first before wasting his money
