winny and halo's

Just wondering if it is better to cut *p's winny pills in half and take twice a day, or just once a day? And what is the half life of them? And the halos I know to take 15mg 2x's a day, but what is the half life of those, I want to make the most out of the aggression.

Please tell me you are not taking them together, IMO that would be to much stress on your liver. What else are you stacking it with ?
