week 1-10 Test Cyp. 500mg
week 1-15 EQ 500 mg
week 10-15 Winny Tabs 50mg ED
Im currently in week 10 and about to start my winny, I've put on a good amount of size so far and now I was looking to cut up a bit more. My diet has consisted of high cal, high protien, and a decent amount of carbs. My question was, since im starting the winny, how drastically should I cut back on the calories and carbs to get cut without sacrificing too much size?
