winny alone ??

if im on a diet can i just take winny alone if so what doses and for how long? also will this shut me down? any gyno issues? anything else?.. im tring to burn off my love handles but so far all i seem to loose is muscle!!

Rule #1, first and foremost. How does your hair line look and are you prone to MPB? If you are bald, then no big deal. Winny is usually used for cutting near the mid, to the end of a cycle, although certain types of athletes use it exclusively.

Yep... If you are prone to MPB, Winny will only speed that up a tab. Winny will not cause GYNO!

But if you are going to do it alone, you need to have it set right...PCT/Milk Thistle/b-6 ect....
Winny wont melt fat! The right deit/trainning will.
Not that you cant try it, but just be sure your doing it right...
Here is how I did it: (EVERYONE BEING DIFFRENT)

Winny BD = 50mg ED 6wks (40mg 1wk to watch sides) (30mg am 20mg pm 8 hrs apart)
Milk Thistle = 1000mg/1200mg ED 8wks (started a wk before the winny)
B-6 = 200mg ED 8wks (started 3 days before the winny)
Multi-V = ED (always take)
2 gallons of H2O = ED (1gallon more then I usauly drink)

PCT = Clomid 3wks, 100mg 1wk, 50mg 2wk, 50mg 3wk

That was just my way.... But there are bros here that really know their stuff....

You should have thrown some Deca in there...and some Test. Life would have been grand if you had done so.
