Winnie and Var on off days?

Should Var and Winnie be taken every day regardless? I've heard bros talk about taking them only on training days. Any opinions on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

you should take them ED, assuming winny is oral.

Agreed. I did lower my dbol dose on the days I didnt train, but that was only to reduce sides.

If you inject, you can do EOD, but I still suggest ED with inj winny.
