If you are taking winni 2x ed would it be more beneficial to take the second dose 12hrs after the first to keep your levels more even, or wait until before bed so its action peaks during your sleep cycle?

i'd say just 12 hours apart evenly. if you wake up at 6.am., take one then. then again at 6.pm., take another. keep it even.

Have you considered Inj? I personally would never touch winny tabs again..They just don't do anything for me.. I honestly don't know the answer to your question but if it was me I would take 50mg ed through out the day..or just take the 50mg in one shot...

I just did my winny shot this morning...It took less than 2 minutes to load it up in the syringe and shoot it....I think you should try inj and see what it does for you...

I just do it 12hrs apart. 7am, 7pm. Going to try a higher dose next time I run it though, winny gives me great results but I find I need higher doses these days, stupid genetic limitations

any dose. but yes 50split into 2 even doses. your tabs should have some kind of score on it to where you can split it. even if you have 75mg tabs, you can break it in half and take 37.5mg twice/day.

IMHO it is best to evenly spread the dosage across the day just to recieve optimum blood concentration levels and reduce any ''spikes''.

The 1/2 life of winny tabs is apporx 8 hours so the total dosage split into 8 hour intervals is also OK

if you are taking the lil tabs spread it out, if it's the 50mg tab you might as well just take it once every 24 hours. that is plenty. I Used to go 50mg eod orally and I had good results. I've also stuck it, you get better absorbtion but those shots f'n killed me. I'd rather drink it or take tabs.......once every 24 hours is plenty

I agree. I take all my tabs spread out evenly throughout the day.

I personally hate whinny injections. I've had nothing but bad luck. No matter what gauge pin I use, I cant squeeze that thick as liquid into my ass. Also it seems hard to draw the stuff without a bunch of air bubbles. Maybe I'm retarded, but whinny inj piss me off.

I can't shoot it because it cripples me. So I always drink it or take the tabs.
