like i've posted about 4-5 times in the last 2 weeks (ahem..search button) I'm currently on it and its great, the vascularity came within days and i'm retaining all my weight while dieting. As for the product itself..because of the concentrations, its too thick too shoot with anything smaller than 22 and even then it might clog. i just learned that the newer batches have digestive enzymes in it as well so you might as well drink it...just suck it up with the 16 or 18g needle it comes with a squirt it into ur mouth...good luck with it =)
