Well when I started lifting seriouse I was 175, now 3.5 years later I am 225 with 7% bf at age 28, and I am striving for about 240 with 6 or 5% bf.
It is funny cause when I started I thought, 190 would be perfect, then I felt small at 190. So I set my goal for 200, then 215, then 225, now straight up to 240 or 250. To be completely honest, who knows if I will ever look at myself and say yeah, I am big enough, lol. Every time I look in the mirror I see the scrawny 175 pound me.
