Thought Id throw it out there. Openly admitted I don't have much cash (damn legal bills-last 2 years been tough) so everything I do have goes to work equipment, food and supplements, retarded dog, etc. Economy is rough so I'm always open to barter.

I'm talking about computer work, application designs, iPhone, android, web site hosting/building, forums, blogs, seo, etc. If its computer related to business, or your personal stuff let me know.

Unfortunately I had a great one but got caught in a legal issue. No one wants to hire someone still on paper with a felony bro. Not when there's alot of people out there with clean records and didn't get plastered all over the local news for 3 days. I do sub work for other companies as a consultant when they are overloaded on work.

I get alot of major job offers for programming but till I'm off paper (bout 2 more years) Im stuck doing sub contracting..... mean time I own my own servers, run repos, and program applications for people. Alot of small work to add up an pay the bills

I started working with websites and basic HTML way back around 1996-1997. Took several college courses but honestly most has been self taught over the years. Java, CSS, Coco. Always been a tech junkie and interested in how things work. I used to develop sites mostly and when IOS came out I focused on learning coco and development for iphone. Kept up as new technology would come out. Then I would sub work to others who would take too long to complete the project so I would focus on learning it myself so I didn't have to rely on others.

Now its easy to take classes cause you can find most of what you need to know on the college level for free thru iTunes University. Alot of colleges including MIT post their classes for free on programming there. Not many people realize that. If your interested in learning I would start there and specifically focus on JAVA and CSS for now. There's development programs such as Titanium Studio that make it easy to program your apps to cross platforms based on those too. So you don't need to learn coco or mess with the sdks as much but its good to learn. Do what I do and lock yourself in a room for a weekend with comp, notebook, books (torrent them to save money or go to Barnes and nobles and look at the back pages will usually give you a link to view the book free for 60 days via online.) I stock up on ECA and only time I leave the house is for the gym till I get comfortable with it.

Nah bro, first time in forums here on my join date. I was on other forums before my legal problems tho. Couple years back. But always too busy with things to get on them regularly. Then when i saw this had an app to use i liked that idea instead of checking in off a computer all the time.

That and my fiance gets jealous of me being on facebook so I stay clear of that now lol.
