I am 6'1 at 206-208
about 9.9% bf
test e 500/wk
winny orals 50mg/day
primo 500/wk
provi 50/day

I am on week 5 of this cycle or week 6 I have it marked on my calander at home.

I am going to cancun june 13th and need to lose a lil more weight to be where I wanna be. I was wondering if this would work:
Day 1-3 consume 1000cal/day and do an 45 min to 1 hour of cardio/day
day 4-6 take 1500cal/day
day 7-10 1800-2000 cal a day.
LipoFlame 6 caps precardio as directed.

Would this work to drop a few more pounds. Any positive input would be great bros.
 
fuck i wouldnt...any time im going out of town I make sure the cycle has all long esters too it...
besides...how long you taking oral winny at 50 mg ed...that shit is probably tearing your liver up right now bro if you are planning on running it as long as the injectables...
 
I wouldn't go below 1800-2000 cals.
1000 is real low and muscle tissue would inevidably be lost.
 
My liver is fine so far. Having more tests run today to see my liver function again.
 
I agree with Mac 100%. To maintain maximum muscle for your target weight of 200- 203 you probably shouldn't drop below 1800 cal Q day, keeping your protein intake about 225-250 gms. Have you thought about doing a carb deplete/load?

I agree...save the winny for teh end of cycle...how long you going to cancun for? I went on vaca on a test E/deca cycle...just did my shot before I left...dont worry you will be nice and tight looking after you dehydrate from the diarrhea down there =)

ps I beleive you can get gear there, just ask the pharma cans
 
LOL. i am not worried about the cycle just wondering if a three day shock to my body of low cals would help me get that last bit of fat off.

I have heard of bros coming off competition diet and making thier best gains when they start back on thier regular diets.

How many cals do they do for contest prerp? Just wondering.

I am actuaslly on day three and have hit the cardio hard and feel a lot tighter and my girl says I look a lil more cut. tomorrow I am going to up my cals to 2000 until the trip jun 13th. thanks mac for your input and the others.
