6'2, 185, 6-7% bf....training for about 7 years....high as 240 and have cut to 6%bf and SKINNY (185lbs).......anyways, thinking about this:

1cc test400 - weeks 1-5
200mg of test prop - weeks 1-5
500mg of sus250 - weeks 5-10
300mg of EQ - weeks 1-8 (to lessen pain of t400)
50mg of winny EOD weeks 6-10


any suggestions?

thanks man, but I've got 2500mg of EQ and not getting anymore.....how about the diet? If I hear one more persone say "You need to gain weight", I'll lose it......
 
SUCKS!!! I keep saying "Ok, I'm starting tomorrow"....then it's Monday...then it's Sept. 1....damn! I want to roll, but then I think I need to put on some more natty mass first! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Is this your first cycle bro? If it is that's alot of shit your taking. Why don't you just stick with the sust and maybe the winny on a 8-10 week cycle? The dosages look fine. Start them at the same time and stop the winny on week 7. Simple cycle but that way you can gauge what works for you and what doesn't and see how your body reacts. You will definitely make great gains, this being your first cycle. As far as your diet is concerned you should take in at least 400 grams of protein; 3 - 4,000 cals and 600 grams of carbs on the regular if your looking to bulk up and even more if you're on. It's all about the diet, if that's not in place, you can take all the AAS you want but you will not make the maximum amount of gains. Good luck with your cycle bro.
 
Welp, it's not my first cycle, but I've gotten progressively weaker and skinnier throughout the summer (lack of appetite, spinning instructor, etc.)...so I was thinking I may need some natural mass FIRST. Diet is on point! Carbs are significantly lower, but protein is high.......you really think one needs that many carbs??? SOme would tend to disagree......I want to use the EQ and test400........or EQ and sus.......

EQ at 300mg for 8 weeks
sus250 @ 500mg for 10 weeks
winny eod at 50mg weeks 8-12.....

should I front load 1000mg of test prop the first 2 weeks?

Solid gains????
