First off I want to say that I have been in the shadows reading all I can here for the past week and have to say you guys have the best forum and best information I have ever seen!! I wish I would have found you sooner.
Now about this Diet. My buddy is in the competition ring and bet me I couldnt follow this pre-contest diet. I have been on it a week and seem to have lost 7LBS on it. But I am also working out lifting as heavy as I can. I hate high reps and have found with me that heavy is the only way to build. So here it is and tell me if this will work without AS and no protein shakes. its a three day cycle.
day1)
6am- 1 cp oatmeal
several egg whites 3-6
9am- 1 chicken breast
1100 1-2 chk breast
granny smith apple
2-3 pm (pre workout)
1 ck breast or 1 steak
egg whites
5-7pm 1-2 chk breast or 1 steak
salad
vinegrette dressing
egg whites
day 2)
same as day 1 but add 1 cp rice to dinner and 1 can green beans
day 3) same as day 2 but total of 2 cps rice for the day. and 1 can green beans.
I am 5'11" and weigh 217LBS with I think about 15% body fat.( all in my love handles and lower abs) waist size is 34.
I have worked out for almost 13 years. the last 10 for size and tried every type of workout possible. but my diet is what has always killed me. I just have always ate what ever i wanted and sometimes would miss breakfast. anyway, will this work without taking anything extra. I also take daily vitamins. and am starting to take vit B-12. Thanks for any imput you would have. My goal is to get to about 5-10% BF and then beef back up. My workouts are 2 on 1 off. And my lifts have gone to shit since iove been on this diet. thanks guys/gals
