i Know it's near impossible to lose fat/gain mass

I've been bulking for a long time, gained about 45lbs since I started w/o much body fat because I was a scrawny ectomorph and I don't put fat on too easily. I have gained some fat however, I'm thinking of doing cardio once or twice weekly, first thing in the morning before eating to insure i'm not just burning breakfast calories, but fat. I'm gonna pop some ephedrine and run 4 miles, then bulk normally for the rest of the day (currenty around 4k calories)

From what I know, you must burn more calories than you take in to lose fat, but wouldn't this help shed a little fat since i'm running on an empty stomach? Just a thought because I want to keep bulking for a few more months.

That's a very interesting idea, and you are probably right, but (the dreaded BUT) one factor will stand in the way if you're bulking up. Your stored liver glycogen might be the first to go before you start dropping bf in the morning AM. So, I would suggest you not eat after 10pm until the next morning (assuming 7am) giving your body a 9hr fast so to speak.
