will this f up my cycle

4 days of drinking and eating ok, i just realized i will be in key west and south beach for 4 days with 3 weeks left on my cycle, i know everyone will bash me saying dont cheat or drink. but how bad will this screw up my cycle? should i extend cycle one week?

alcohol alway made me feel like i was losing my gains, i could lose lbs overnight just from drinking, as well as strength

but obviously its not gonna kill u
 
alcohol interferes with protein absorption for a few days so drinking for 4 days straight is like a waste of more than a week. choose whats important.
 
The reason that you lose lbs in one night of drinking on cycle is that it dehydrates you. It also fucks up protein synthesis and doesn't let you get good sleep, etc, etc. But if you loose lbs in one night it wasn't muscle, it was water. Still hate looking/feeling/weighing smaller after one day tho.

Yes, tell them your taking antibiotics and you cant drink, but if you have to
Id go with wine or Vodka, just dont BINGE drink
 
ya a couple drinks a night wont kill ya but its not the best obviously. When I have to drink, and I use the term have loosely lol, I try to keep it at about one drink an hour. So you get buzzed but not drunk. And I drink water throughout the night.
 
i lose motivation for the next 4 days to push it hard in the gym. i also lose motivation to diet for 1.5 weeks after drinking. just learned this the hard way. was down to 210 before the holidays and been drinking one day per week since on saturdays and back up to 226. well, didn't drink this last weekend and going back down now at 222, hopefully today i weigh in at 220. goal is 200 but the number really doesn't matter, just how i look. so if i put on muscle and lose fat and stay the same then i don't care, but im trying to get cut as fuck so drinking certainly fucks with these goals for me. i like to stick to weed.
