i lose motivation for the next 4 days to push it hard in the gym. i also lose motivation to diet for 1.5 weeks after drinking. just learned this the hard way. was down to 210 before the holidays and been drinking one day per week since on saturdays and back up to 226. well, didn't drink this last weekend and going back down now at 222, hopefully today i weigh in at 220. goal is 200 but the number really doesn't matter, just how i look. so if i put on muscle and lose fat and stay the same then i don't care, but im trying to get cut as fuck so drinking certainly fucks with these goals for me. i like to stick to weed.
