Ill be running masteron 450mg eq 600mg and test 250 mg. Will 15mg of aromasim work? I no its a low dose but i figured since im on masteron(proviron) i wont need as much

so which are you using, Proviron (mesterolone) or masteron (drostanolone)?

though actually both will have similar effects as far as ER regulation (neither is an aromatase inhibitor) both are DHT derivatives and their chemical structure is actualy very similar, though the different position of the methyl group does make them quite different in thier androgenic/anabolic potentials.

Doesn't proviron bind to amomatase to some extent?

repeating incorrect information, which many have accepted as fact. there is no evidence that it binds to aromatase, its one of those myths that people assume are facts. With the exception of methylation it and masteron are identical to DHT, which does not bind to aromatase.

dht=17 beta-hydroxy-5 alpha-androstan-3-one
mesterolone=1 alpha-methyl-17 beta-hydroxy-5 alpha-androstan-3-one
drostanolone=2 alpha-methyl-17 beta-hydroxy-5 alpha-androstan-3-one

its effects are likely similar to DHT, which modulates ER expression and activity. Mainly down regulation of ER alpha (estrogen receptor isoform). Though its effects are often tissue specific. mesterolone binds strongly to SHBG (4 times as strongly as DHT which binds twice as strongly as testosterone). this effect may actually be more important.

7alpha methyl and 17 alpha methyl steroids bind extremely poorly to SHBG (most orals)

an old study in cell models that made such assertions based on lack of understanding of the underlying biochemical reaction. effects of lack of substrate not aromatase inhibition is what they observed.

usually if someone finds an old study that makes an unusual claim, and its not followed up by later research, its a good idea to take a long look at it before citing it.

for instance, a widely held view due to a rather incorrect citation of one study (which made some incorrect assumptions ans was later refuted) led to the wide spread promotion of the idea that yohimbine raised testosterone. Which is completely incorrect. This myth still persists somewhat until this day, despite numerous efforts to debunk it.

for testosterone and LH-- worthless.

it can increase libido and erectile response, though via dopaminergic, NO and likely estrogenic pathways.

So it can increase libido? Seems to on me so that's good. Why would it give me zits?
