will taking nolva with cycle reduce gains??

i was wondering if nolva reduces gains when taken with a cycle instead of pct only?? does this even make sense??

No, it can reduce water gains. Some might think it it reduces muscle gains. Even if it did, its still worth taking while on. Either nolva ( estrogen blocker ), or Femera ( anti estrogen )

In my opinion, waiting to see if your nipples itch in order to take nolva is kinda.. well... just not right

Well put it this way...if you dont take nolva, adex or something like that...depending on what you take of course....you'll blow up and it wont be muscle and then you'll literally deflate when you come off.

i'm no chemical expert but i can tell you this: you do need estrogen to an extent and anti-Es should be kept on hand only for an emergency (appearance of gyno symptoms) and obviously for PCT.

I agree to an extent. Estrogen is needed for growth yes. But Anti-E's should be used...and not used only in case of an emergency. Why wait until you have gyno to use them. Lactating is not fun boys and girls and if it can be prevented then whynot do it? Now this all depends on what kind of cycle you're doing.....

Skip the nolva and use AIFM instead. Neither hurt your gains though.
