will scar tissue never go away?

So I got scar tissue in my shoulders, bigtime too. did to many incetions to often into my shoulders with fina. Anyway. How long would it take for scar tissue to go away, never? Is there anything one could do to get rid of it?

I also got this in my chest or whatever the f*ck it is. Can't do benchpresses anymore, feels like my left pec are going to break. I thought this might be something that I in the long term could massage and strech back to normal again, what do you think. It feels like the hole muscle are shorter in a way, so this might help, what do you say?

Deep tissue massage might help break up some of that scar tissue.

As for your chest, it sounds like you're lacking flexibility. You might want to try some stretching exercises.
