Will HGH help with fatigue?

Every once in a while I get hit with a fatigue that lasts for 4 or 5 days. When this happens, all I can do is sleep for long periods of time. Does anyone know if HGH would help a 50 year old with this condition? I have always been active. Currently I go to the gym 3Xweek and run 3Xweek.

Thanks!

It might help eventually, but it is going to make you damn near narcoleptic! I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat.

Some people get sleepy on HGH/ So I would say probably not help you. What you should take a look at is your diet.

although i have never taken GH myself, i have a friend who has prescribed GH, (actually saw his script a few years back in 2001 i think), he also said it made him very tired, and made his back acne get worse). previously in the mid to late 90's he said he was on protropin as well,,that was discontinued due to various reasons with the molecule

Interesting. Could you expand on that?
I try to eat a healthy diet. No fast food, little fat, etc.

Could be your TSH levels......
Correct it check your thyroid. You might also be suffering from depression or even bipolar disorder.

First get your TSH checked and T3 and T4. If they come back normal you may want to check and see if you positive for epstein barr virus or chronic fatigue syndrome.

Lastly see a psychiatrist and be evalutated for bipolar disorder or depression.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!! :)

Never thought about this one. Last time I checked my TSH levels, they were normal. 1.92 MIU/L (avg is between 0.40 to 5.50 MIU/L), but that was a year ago. I will definitely check it again on my next blood test together with T3 and T4.

Of course I am depressed. I am too tired to run or work out :-)

Something else going on here. I started to feel like this and went to an Anti-aging Dr. My bllod test revealed a host of poor health indicators.

As soon as I started to get rid of fast, simple sugars and add the supplements I listed in another post, my energy went up dramatically.

Then I added the test and HGH and made even more improvements.

As for HGH helping with your energy .... I get sleepy after an injection.
