Plifter, I used to be heavy into fat burners. I used the ECA stack many times with different supps. Ive used very high dosages. Now, I am smarter, and realized that even 1 hydroxycut (ONLY 5mg ephedra, maybe 50mg or so caffeine, and a very small amount of white willow bark). The bottle reccomends 4 tabs, so since 1 tab is 25percent, it is a very small dosage. When I wake up I take it on an empty stomach and go lift. It works very well as long as you only do it once every few (3-5 days)! I got a good pump and felt very energetic, maybe even a little stronger. As long as your body doesnt build a tolerance to them you can get a good effect from even a small dosage. Let me clarify with examples: I once took 5 stacker2's. If you dont know, theyre fucking strong (like 20 hydroxycut tabs!). I had a great workout. The next day I was so fucking stupid I said, Ill take 6 stacker2's today! My body was immune to it, and it did nothing. I did not sleep later that nite, being that I had so much goddamn caffeine in me. Coming down from those highs were bad too. But with only 1 hydroxy every few days, you can get the maximum benefits with the smallest side effects (IMO). Ive used and read about this stuff for so long, I could write a book.
