How 'bout a high protein, quality fat, low carb diet with some r-ALA and consistent training. It works for me.
To answer your original question, however, I agree with The Terminator, Deca works very anti-catabolic with me and the end result is a nice leaning effect w/o muscle loss.
As far weight loss goes, IMO the means that results in the quickest loss of weight (as with thermogenics/stimulants) is usually associated with the most detrimental effects on your health.
Try EQ good lean mass no water or winnie will make your muscles as hard as granite (site inj) then of course clen and T3 or DNP but don't fcuk with that Primo is another good one
But all must be used with a good diet and training.
I don't know about that, but with the increase in lean tissue mass you will inevitably increase your metabolism thus causing you to burn more fat faster (however this would apply to all AS)
