Will nandrolone actually help heal a bad elbow or just help with the pain. I think I have ligament damage.

i dont think it will help heal it.but it will alevate some pain.but have it checked by a doc to see what tipe of damige you got.that will help better awnser the ???

Thanks man, got no insurance though so i am a self proclaimed doctor latley.

good luck with that sh1t. i have no insurance either. ive been to a few er's, fuckers will tell you it's 'tendinitis' and give you a script for tylenol. i got ligament damage as well....so i only do squats now. and wait a few months till i do upper body again.

It will help mask the pain by really lubing up the joints in your body, however it will not aid in the healing process. :coffee:

Can’t do skull crushers, right,

I have the same pulled ligament, tendon, none sense.

Nothing helps it heal, except, time and you can’t stretch it again,

So find exercises for your triceps, not using skull crushers.

This happens when your gear jacks up the muscle, the tendons and ligaments lag behind, your muscles are stronger than the tendons, and a pulled or torn ligament results.

Really, really sucks.

Time,

Also when you do triceps, warm up, like crazy. Do 4 different exercises, still pump the triceps, I also do something, stretch wise for my elbow everyday.

Deca will help, with pain not healing, but it will help, maybe with healing I shouldn't say.

But will definitely get you back on track faster.

it will both reduce tendonitis and to some extent help repair the tendon. Though if you use it to "train through" keeping poundages at the same level and not ceasing exercises that strain the tendon it wont really get better. The addition of GH would be quite helpful as well

btw- cool study

Nandrolone decanoate and load increase remodeling and strength in human supraspinatus bioartificial tendons.Triantafillopoulos IK, Banes AJ, Bowman KF Jr, Maloney M, Garrett WE Jr, Karas SG.

BACKGROUND: To date, no studies document the effect of anabolic steroids on rotator cuff tendons. STUDY DESIGN: Controlled laboratory study. HYPOTHESIS: Anabolic steroids enhance remodeling and improve the biomechanical properties of bioartificially engineered human supraspinatus tendons. METHODS: Bioartificial tendons were treated with either nandrolone decanoate (nonload, steroid, n = 18), loading (load, nonsteroid, n = 18), or both (load, steroid, n = 18). A control group received no treatment (nonload, nonsteroid [NLNS], n = 18). Bioartificial tendons' remodeling was assessed by daily scanning, cytoskeletal organization by staining, matrix metalloproteinase-3 levels by ELISA assay, and biomechanical properties by load-to-failure testing. RESULTS: The load, steroid group showed the greatest remodeling and the best organized actin cytoskeleton. Matrix metallo-proteinase-3 levels in the load, steroid group were greater than those of the nonload, nonsteroid group (P <.05). Ultimate stress and ultimate strain in the load, steroid group were greater than those of the nonload, nonsteroid and nonload, steroid groups (P <.05). The strain energy density in the load, steroid group was greater when compared to other groups (P <.05). CONCLUSIONS: Nandrolone decanoate and load acted synergistically to increase matrix remodeling and biomechanical properties of bioartificial tendons. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Data suggest anabolic steroids may enhance production of bioartificial tendons and rotator cuff tendon healing in vitro. More research is necessary before such clinical use is recommended.

Very informative, thanks macro

SS is all over it. Time off is the only way to recover, and that sucks especially if youre mid-cycle. :coffee:

I used 600mg of deca during 2 months and didnt help with my tennis elbow pain.
Im on GH for 4 months and only now I feel that my tennis elbow is getting better, less pain. Skull crushes was a no no exercise for me... now I can do it but I cant proximate the bar very much to my forehead
