I am 5'11" 170 lbs and I go to the gym 4-5 times per week and have been lifting for about 2 years now
I'm looking to put on 5-7 pounds of lean mass....I also work hard on my abs and have been keeping up with a steady diet....
I am still having trouble getting rid of the little pouch under my
belly button....I have heard different things about alot of different
anabolics and I was told that D-bol would add the mass on and
cut me up a little more (get rid of the ouch)
can someone give a little advice
