Well clomid is generally used post cycle for recovery, so you should be asking about the nov. You should start Nov asap... taking 10-20mg/d . You shouldn't worry until you start seeing the gyno, then up it to 20mg/d minimum.

anti-e should be taken from the beginning, clomid after the cycle is over. Apples and bananas.
