That show Mythbusters tested the myth about poppy bagels and poppy seed cake. Those can yield false positives for opiates on a drug test. As Optimus b says don't worry about clen.

This is not true. But, some doctors who are testing for drugs also will have you tested for ephedrine (and related products) to see if a pattern of abuse does arise. Yes, some crazy bastards get (psychologically) addicted to ephedrine and cold related meds.

Many times it shows up as decongestants
