will anything help heal torn cartlidge?

ok i have torn cartlidge in my shoulders was wondering if there was anything out there that will strenthen or even help repair this tear? i have been rehab for 6 motnhs but f ball season is bout to start and i want to make sure it will not re tear again.. i know GH will help but way to expensive..any other options or testimonies?

Deca, eq, var, and primo will help rebuild collagen, but repairing joints takes a long time my friend. Make sure you're taking glucosamine and chondroitin also. Oh, and stay away from test unless it's < 200mg/wk.

Try some shark cartilage. It has been reported to work for many with cartilage problems. You must take it for at least two-three months at high dosages for it to work. Good Luck.
