I blew out both my hamstrings two days ago during a sprint workout. The timing sucks because football camp starts in August, and I'm already behind the curve seeing as how I haven't played in over a year.
I was 2 weeks into a cycle of Prop when the injury happened. I'm going to continue the cycle through the planned 9 weeks.
Will the Prop speed up my recovery from the injury? What about Winny?
