Her pre-contest diet is as basic as it comes. Unfortunetly she does not eat fish or egg whites. 13 weeks of chicken, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, almonds, peanut butter and lots of water...thats it!!!! I've done several diets for people getting ready for competitions and this was the most difficult. She seemed to react and flatten out from most any carb change. 4 weeks out we swithched to boiling the chicken to eliminate the excess fat. Pulled the oatmeal 2 weeks out and left the sweet potato in the diet throughout. She carbed up on sweet potatoes and rice cakes only. Pulled water 28 hours before she hit the stage.
As for more mass, she will target her shoulders and lats in the off season. Shoulders, I believe are what prevented her from winning the overall. The women who beat her was thick up top.
