Why was my thread deleted?

Nothing on that thread was anything that was not mentioned before or contained in AAP's thread.

It was supposed to be helpful, what was accomplished from deleting it?

Hell, AAP even said in that thread that if someone put together a master list that they would put it on the front page so it wasn't necessary for everyone that wouldn't to check to see if a lab was good or not to sift through 63 pages of bullshit.

So I do and it gets deleted.

mac I think needto was trying out his thread merging skills and put it in AAP's lab talk sticky.

we appreciate the effort - an updated list was definitely needed
