Why u guys always saying split doses throughout the day?

I know what you guys eman to keep blood levels even with gear but if i workout for 1-2 hours only a day 4-5 times a week wouldn't it be just as effective to for example take 30mg of dbol like an hour before i work out and thats it rather than have to take like 4-6 pills after every 5 hours? my muscle won't be used really just curious if that makes sense. Also what abotu my days off would it be better not take any dbols since my muscles ain't really being worked on? i only workout like 4-5 days a week not including my jogging.
 
You mainly want the benifits of Dianabol and other steroids during the recovery phase of your workout. The only neat thing about taking them before your workout is the pump, but that doesnt nessecerally make you any bigger - its how you rebuild your muscle during your rest time.
