I know what you guys eman to keep blood levels even with gear but if i workout for 1-2 hours only a day 4-5 times a week wouldn't it be just as effective to for example take 30mg of dbol like an hour before i work out and thats it rather than have to take like 4-6 pills after every 5 hours? my muscle won't be used really just curious if that makes sense. Also what abotu my days off would it be better not take any dbols since my muscles ain't really being worked on? i only workout like 4-5 days a week not including my jogging.
