well, I have never heard or seen anyone being arrested for having a conversion kit, as long as it was without the any illegal steroid compounds.. because syringes, oil, benzyl alcohol and benzyl benzoate can be used for many things, as long as the syringes are allowed in whatever state.. I think some states may have some funny laws about syringes.. but if you have even 1 legitimate news article about someone being arrested for having a conversion kit, then please post and I'll appologize, but otherwise I say you're full of shit.

because they know it's not for research and they know all the customers are "steroid addicts" ? fact is they don't care.. they'll still arrest you, whether you are researching with it, a "steroid addict" or whatever, if you are not a pharmacy research facility/ government lab etc.. or you don't have a prescription.. then as simple as that, you aren't suppose to have it under law..

big deal... it's still illegal once it's set to cross the boarder, that's why customs siezes it, so it will still be legal inside the country, but the product is illegal in the other, so this point doesn't really make sense.. .and yes you are stating the obvious again, it's illegal to sell illegal things inside your own country.. wow..

He's got one side of the story, but forgets to mention that in Canada the definition of trafficking (and subsequent punishment!) is so variable and wide-ranging that:
-if you GIVE a bro gear, you can be charged and imprisoned for up to 10 years.
-if you store your gear anywhere but home, you can be charged and imprisoned for up to 10 years.
-if the police have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are trafficking (which basically in Canada boils down to anything they want to make 'trafficking' mean), if obtaining a warrant would be 'impracticable' for the purposes of booking you, a peace officer can act - without a warrant - with the same authority he would have if he DID obtain a warrant. If the judge thinks he was acting in good faith, and no judge has ever thought otherwise to date, you can be charged and imprisoned for up to 10 years.

The list goes on.

It's just that I hate it when people go around spreading myths that juice is totally legit in Canada... could end up with some good bros believing it and getting hard-core popped.
