Why the bloat?

Why every time that I wake up I'm really leaned out, but as the day goes on, I begin to bloat up?

Go to sleep, wake up, I'm leaned out again. Why?
 
If you are using Test Cyp or E then overnight it causes you to retain water. Some people are more prone to water retention than others and depending on how much you shoot then this will coincide with how much bloat you have. I take over the counter water pills to combat this the day after my TRT shots.
 
I take test prop daily before I go to bed. I go to sleep, wake up, I'm super leaned out. Day goes....boom! bloat!

I have even switched it up by taking the test prop upon rising and I still get bloated as the day goes on, and still wake up lean as fuck when I wake up.

I actually switched to test prop due to it not bloating me so I have no idea on this one. Test prop does not bloat me however everyone is different.

I think this is more of a sleep issue than test issue. Id like to know what happens to me during my sleep that causes me to lean the fuck out so much. Then as the day goes on, bloat up.

on the food part of it you are having difficulties digesting something you are eating.

it could be dairy, it could be brocolli. do you get gassy during the day?

Sometimes, yes. But I don't eat dairy or brocolli. Lol.

up your water intake by a lot and add sliced lemon to it


also try adding a bulking fiber to your diet with the above as a chaser

take this advice for someone thats had four babies....you ain't seen nothin for bloat until you've had some kids :p
 
First cup of coffee goes straight to my abs, just under the skin. And I always figured it's just gravity. When I did a natural show my coach had me dehydrate slowly over a week, and then on the morning of the show, zero water and puffed rice cakes.

if you are gassy you are having trouble digesting something there.

many gas drugs they sell don't do shit. if i eat the wrong thing i will get gassy for days it seems. gasX does nothing for me. there is 1 that really helps, don't know the name but i found it through trial and error.. luckily i haven't had to use it for a long time

try and eat clean and dry.. wet and cooked foods tend to gas a lot.. things with tomato like pizza, spaghetti sauce, etc can definately cause gas.
 
Same thing happens to me, ripped in the morn, bloated midday but I know if I cut back on the dairy it wouldn't happen, typical culprits for bloat include dairy salt and crappy carbs, if you're eating much of any or all of those, drop them for a few days and you'll see a noticeable difference...
 
Same happens to me every day on or off cycle. I just assumed it was because I was "fasting" during sleep and taking in moderate sodium/carbs throughout the day

And there's the answer. Plus you're a little dehydrated in the morn.
 
i was feeling bloated the other day and i asked some guy "may i take shit in your house?" and he let me in and i felt better.

make sure you are liberal with your bowel movements. i typically go 3X per day.. i always go before the gym to 'lighten up'

pro biotics are a big help too
