Why sublingually?

Some medications and supplements will not be absorbed at all if taken sublingually since they are fat soluble.

That is really insightful - did not know that! So can I take other supplements and meds the same way, even if they don't tell to take them this way?

Better take them as directed in the instructions, as all the medicines have different mechanisms of work, so some should be taken subingually, and others differently.
