Why so tired?

txmike

New member
I'm in the 4th week of my first cycle.
I'm very wiped out and have been for the past 4 days.
Anyone know why or what I can do to get over this?
Or is this part of the cycle to wade through?

I'm on these things:
Test C 200/wk
Test E 250/wk
Sus 175/wk
GH 3-5ius EOD
-- Starting HCG in about 10 days

AIFM
YES
Milk Thistle
Flax Seed Oil caps
Multi-min/vit
Sesapure
Levorex

My diet is clean.
I drink about 2 gallons of water ED.
I work out 5-6x a week
and fight to get out of bed after 10 hours.
Once I start working out at the gym I'm fine, but in the mean time I'm flat.

I stopped the AIFM for a few days, because I read that too much of that might be the cause.....not sure if it was or wasn't.

I started the Sesapure and Levorex on the same day. Those both did a number on my head, but I think one or both of them is working for me. I won't say for sure for a month yet, but I'm watching the scale move like I want and I'm noticing a great control in my eating habits.

I like the changes I'm seeing already. People are starting to notice, but I get so tired that I'm having a hard time concentrating on my business.

I'm committed to this 12 week cycle and I'm looking forward to the final results, but at 1/3rd through, I'm concerned if there is something I'm missing or doing wrong.

I also have these things I could add:
Winny Oil based
Primobolan E
Tren A

Any ideas?
I wouldn't post this if it weren't interfering with my life, but I'm dragging.
....going to rest for half an hour and then hit the gym.

Thanks,
Mike

high dose AIFM (too much estrogen suppression) and High dose Sesapure can cause fatigue(metabolic stimulus)

though could easily be poor sleep due to higher androgen levels

over training

not enough calories (are you cutting?)

Speaking of.....Macro, do you ever sleep?..lol.

.....guess they don't call you the "dark one" for nothing...lol.

Man, i'm crashing out.....hope this Neurogenix helps me wake-up in the morning....boy, can't wait to get a Starbuck's Mocha Crappuchino as well....with a triple shot of espresso. Yummy!

as a note- sesamin/episesamin intake actually reduces fatigue from stress and can lower BP, though some people do experience lethargy at higher dosages.

Sesamin metabolites induce an endothelial nitric oxide-dependent vasorelaxation through their antioxidative property-independent mechanisms: possible involvement of the metabolites in the antihypertensive effect of sesamin.Nakano D, Kwak CJ, Fujii K, Ikemura K, Satake A, Ohkita M, Takaoka M, Ono Y, Nakai M, Tomimori N, Kiso Y, Matsumura Y.

Sesamin, a major lignan in sesame seeds and oil, has been known to lower blood pressure in several types of experimental hypertensive animals. A recent study demonstrated that sesamin metabolites had in vitro radical-scavenging activities. Thus, we determined whether the antioxidative effect of sesamin metabolites modulate the vascular tone and contribute to the in vivo antihypertensive effect of sesamin. We used four demethylated sesamin metabolites: SC-1m (piperitol), SC-1 (demethylpiperitol), SC-2m [(1R,2S,5R,6S)-6-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3,3,0]octane], and SC-2 [(1R,2S,5R, 6S)-2,6-bis(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo-[3,3,0]octane]. SC-1, SC-2m, and SC-2, but not SC-1m, exhibited potent radical-scavenging activities against the xanthine/xanthine oxidase-induced superoxide production. On the other hand, SC-1m, SC-1, and SC-2m produced endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation in phenylephrine-precontracted rat aortic rings, whereas SC-2 had no effect. The SC-1m- and SC-1-induced vasorelaxations were markedly attenuated by pretreatment with a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor, NG-nitro-L-arginine (NOARG), or a soluble guanylate cyclase inhibitor, 1H-[1,2,4]oxadiazolo-[4,3-a]quinoxalin-1-one. Neither SC-1m nor SC-1 changed the expression level of endothelial NOS protein in aortic tissues. The antihypertensive effects of sesamin feeding were not observed in chronically NOARG-treated rats or in deoxycorticosterone acetate-salt-treated endothelial NOS-deficient mice. These findings suggest that the enhancement of endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation induced by sesamin metabolites is one of the important mechanisms of the in vivo antihypertensive effect of sesamin.

Something that nobody mentioned here: maybe your liver is stressed. Damage liver makes u feel very tired and sleepy

Even though you are on AAS it is still possible to overtrain.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the tips. My energy got so low I could hardly type on this computer without falling asleep. I've got my energy back, but that wasn't fun. The suggestions you gave are below. Someone else might find it a useful checklist.

1. not enuff calories?
2. overtraining?
3. antiEs not working?
4. getting 8-10hrs sleep?
5. liver is stressed
6. could also be the GH--is this ur first time with it?
7. sesamin/episesamin intake actually reduces fatigue from stress and can lower BP, though some people do experience lethargy at higher dosages.
8. high dose AIFM (too much estrogen suppression) and High dose Sesapure can cause fatigue(metabolic stimulus)
9. could easily be poor sleep due to higher androgen levels

In my case, I believe this was my problem:
I was overtraining while cutting calories(mostly carbs and fat - I didn't want to eat, so when I did eat I ate protien only)
I started the Sespure and Levorex on the same day and within two days I was at 3x the rec dosage. I took the sesapure with every meal or snack.
Typical American here. More is better.

The oddest thing about this is that within 10 minutes of working out at the gym, I felt I could kick over a clydesdale. I was strong and had energy to go all night. Strange to me.

Thanks again for you help,
Mike
