Why isnt there a home brew section on EF?

Many of EF like boards and forums have Lab/Home Brew forums to discuss making your own gear. Its something that I am very interested in and find it annoying that I have to go elsewhere to do research. There are plenty of guys that do on this forum so why doesnt EF?
