So since 1995 NK has gotten 1 billion in foreign aid. So BIll CLinton, GW Bush and a Republican Congress have been giving them aid.
Now they turn around and defy them by wanting to build nuclear weaps...
You know what they say about nursing a sick snake back to health... The snake get well and then bites it nurses because a snake is always a snake.

you know gj, NK isn't the only snake that american governments have been guilty of feeding. again another notorious snake is pakistan... there's so much to write about there... the script is far from fully written in that case since the very enemies that america and indeed the world today faces have been more than just blessed by pakistani governments. the funny thing is that they've kinda done the same thing to china as they've done to america: china has been supplying them with nuclear and other weapon related know how. now china may be communist and so is NK. however, that doesn't mean they are pals - far from it... if i'm not mistaken, they are equally suspicious of each other. so china helps pakistan and pakistan goes and helps NK - nice... makes gen musharaf and co nothing but a bunch of pimps.
anyway, it's quite likely that the NK nuclear test was a bluff: possibly even a conventional explosion they carried out to move the seismologists equipment.
