Why isn't Seinfeld on DVD?

I see this shows on DVD from the WB or shows that only last one season and I wonder why do those get to go on DVD, but not Seinfeld

Yep, the quality is extremely good though. I was surprised. My cousin knows a guy. Paid about 100 for the whole set.
