why is US customs taking so long

I would not worry just yet wait untill someone that looks like cochesse asks you to sign for it.

Ive had packages sent from other cuntries and had cases where they opened the package and checked whats inside then fine me for like 35-50 bucks cause the value in the package wasnt decleared right or something...
I'm not talking about juice but more like a watch maybe that my dad sent me from near near russia, or something from china.. both times and its pretty damn frustrating...
hopefully thats not the case with you but since its roids and its ilegal then you might get a visit from a mail officer or whatver you call them, in that case just deny everything and tell them you have no idea why that package came to your house...

What are some ways you guys keep a clean house? No one knows I do gear. Where are some places you guys hide your stuff?
Just for your info I had a package come into customs friday (24th) and it cleared monday night (27th). It was from india...xanax 1.5mg SR....i cant wait. Should be here thursday or friday. Also i had 1k dbol coming 3 days behind it and it came into customs monday and it hasnt cleared yet.

yeah, i realize it's a stupid question i asked. i should have asked something like... do you guys always keep a clean house when waiting for gear? i'm waiting for a package right now and i have no place to put it.

You could say alot of things... but the truth is, you need a script for valium.
Not sure what the valium laws are in Jersey... but I'm sure it would fall under a controlled substance (such as vicadin), and with 500 doses... it could definately fall into an intent to distribute charge (could, doesn't mean it will) and be a felony.
Possession is 9/10ths of the law... so to say... if you take possession, it's really going to hurt your case... if you don't, they really don't have a case against you.

If it's a mailbox get somebody that names not on the package to pick it up. Just check it at night and make sure no one is watching the box. First off, the 5th amendment only applies to a criminal proceeding relating to self-incrimination... it has nothing to do with an investigation... the "5th" never kicks in until a criminal proceeding (at least the right for self-incrimination) is on.
Secondly, ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it. The fact you didn't know anything about valiums doesn't matter, you'll still be in possession of them.
I don't know if you are screwed or not. It's also not where you LIVE, but where you are caught with the Valiums... you could be in Alaska and they would use Alaska rules on this, not Jersey laws.
I'm just saying if you weren't supposed to sign for the package... and it comes and they ask you to sign, more than likely it is a controlled delivery... I wouldn't even TOUCH the package... or even let them ask you to hold it for a second while they look at something... that counts for possession.
