When captain picard saw capitan kirk in the star trek movie (or was it the last episode) why didnt he just kick his ass for being such an arrogant prick. Heck, in the first star treks they didnt even have the holo deck or replicators... wtf?

That was a movie, "Generations" I believe, whereas the last TNG episode had the millions of other Enterprises and the temporal anomoly that grew larger as an inverse function of time.

I remember seeing that episode, how did they solve that anomoly? The part of that episode I remember was the real enterprise bringing some of the other enterprises on screen and seeing all the alternate realities.
The saga with picard becoming locutis of the borg was a pretty awesome series of episodes. The borg were fuggin scary.
