Why is it when someone really dislikes u they refuse your help.. AT work..

The spinster is working on a project that requires desktop publishing..

Her skills are mediocure at best.. and she is struggling quite a bit.. everytime i walk by i have to tell her something new and even though it's obvious she needs my help she won't ask for it.

I offered.. but she refuses...

It's weird.. I won't take credit for it and no one will even see me helping her.. yet she still won't let me help her more than the odd comment i keep offering as i walk by..

When it involves your work/ career.. shouldn't you just suck it up and ask for help...especially when it's offered? Yes we don't get a long.. but work is work..

I wish people around here wouldn't ask for my help as much as they do. So damn bad that one emails me pics every week for the newsletter so I can Crop and Resize for her. I just wanna be left alone.

In which case, she should be busting her ass with a book when she gets home, rather than partying.

Few employees keep the "one team, one mission" philosophy in mind. It's all about "looking good". Funny, most managers i don't know don't really care about the "one great employee, one sucky employee" philosophy. They just want everyone working together and deliveirng results. Contrary to what most employees think.

so really makes no sense...
