I've noticed that what some call the "third testicle", something on the side of the testicles, at times get bigger. Why, and should I be conserned in any way?

a growth on your testicle??? dude, you better have a doctor check you for cancer!!!!!!!!

No, there is actusally something that everyone has within the "sack", just on the side of your testicle. It's not hard, but very soft and sometimes it gets bigger and sometimes it gets smaller. I know this for a fact. but do not know why it sometimes get bigger and sometimes get smaller

Your referring to (I think anyhow) that part of your testicle where the vas deferns (sp) attachs to the nut. This often occurs and is usually not a concern, however if it becomes to large it could mean inflamation from infection. Any other lumps could mean a cyst or cancer, and you require medical attention asap.:)

It is called a Spermotocele and is harmless. Most men have this but goes unnoticed because it is so small. It is just a sac-like cyst located just aboe the testes on the vas deferens. Sometimes it fills with fluid (spermatozoa-sp?) depending on your position, lying down, hunched over, etc... Only if it gets to big, painful, or unsightly do Doc's remove it.

Bro, I think you're referring to the epididymis. If so, then properly you should call it the "third and fourth testicles", there is one attached to each testis. It's a coiled sac of tubules from which exits the spermatic cord. It can become inflamed, and exquisitely painful (epididymitis) Small fluctuations in size are probably hormonal just like... the testicles!
Some one mentioned a spermatocoele, which is a cystic collection of jizz (don't ya love this scientific jargon!) near the epididymis; but these are usually fairly hard and lumpy feeling.

To say that epididymitis is painful is an understatment, I had it once it made my left testicle swell to about four or five times normal size, and hurt like a bitch, I had a prostate infection at the same time, I was in a world of hurt.:bawling:
