injectibles don't go through stomach, so those 90% wouldn't have to be waisted...
Just FYI, Americans are paranoid over injectible Vitamins self-adminstration. I asked my doc if he thinks it was a good idea to inject B-12 and b-6 and he almost had a heart attack. He suggested OTC. So as my wife... But in Russia docs are more willing to give injections rather than pills. Simply because they say that it doesn't go through your stomach and doesn't get waisted.
B-12 for instance can be injected under the skin, in the muscle, in vein... straight to the blood system.
OTC, however, goes through stomach, than liver, then you have 10 % left of what you originally put in.
