True story -- when my son was a toddler he ate a green Crayola crayon (look, I tried to take it away, he pitched a fit, they're completely nontoxic).

(I think that was around the same time he decided that dog biscuits were good snacks ... he went through a really weird phase when he was little ... took him to the beach and he was eating a sandwich, dipping it in the sand between bites and telling me it tasted good ...)

Anyway ... Crayolas come out EXACTLY the same way they go in. He didn't just shit green, he shit Crayola Meadow Green or whatever it was.
