I lived in several different countries, mostly in europe and some of my childhood in russia

lets just say this, the shit I learned in 6-7th grade over there appeared on my exams in usa in 12th grade(my senior year). On top of that I went to one of the best private schools in state. I spent 3 years in US HS system(1 year at a public, 2 at a private) and I've never once learned anything new when it came to science classes, keep in mind that I have 0 interest in science/math but it was just a requirment back home I had to go through.

Of course classes like political science and american history were new to me so I had to spend some time on that but thats a given.

I'm sure there is schools in usa that are very advanced and maybe even harder then the ones in europe but not everyones gonna go to that one school.

American kids dont really get to party until they go to college.....in Europe they start going out and having fun at alot of younger age.....when college comes round they take it seriously, they dont spend their nights at frat parties because they couldnt do shit when they were 13-17

I was breaking balls a little bit, however, the government is innately unprepared to deliver an educatinal solution.

The current model disocurages parental involvement, thus ensuring failure. Even people without kids (me) have to pay the school taxes - given that the fee is incurred with or without the benefit of the service, how can anyone expect users (ie parents) to get invovled in the use of the service?

Set it up so that only users pay, and you'll see reform tomorrow.

they are both residents. actually, i dont know if the former is considered a colombian. her parents are german, she was born in iraq, spent her childhood in colombia and teens in the US

You see, any explanation for black failure that does not depend on White wickedness threatens to veer off into the forbidden territory of racial differences. If no obviously racist individuals can be identified, then societal institutions must be racist. Or, since so many blacks are failing in America, there simply must be millions of White people we do not know about, who are working day and night to keep blacks in misery.

The dogma of racial equality leaves no room for an explanation of black failure that is not, in some fashion, an indictment of White people.
