why is 1-Test legal in the US?

Can someone tell me why 1-testosterone is legal in the US? It is not even a prohormone but the real thing, only the administration way (orally) is very inefficient. It is like drinking your sust amps. I mean, can someone just invent any new steroid and turn it into a supplement in the US, just because it is not on a banned list of the FDA?

I think because it is 1-Test, not straight Test. I really don't know. But, I'm glad we have something that's legit and legal.

well as far as i know from things i've read, the fda doesn't regulate all supplements in the bodybuilding industry. there was a whole thing on bodybuilding supplements and a law was passed allowing companies to put supplements out on the market without the fda's approval. they do get investigated and can be banned and pulled off the market. 1-test actaully has been pulled down from infiltrating the market by vpx sports for a 3 month period and the fda then allowed them back on the market. so it must have passed some sort of testing. and as for 1-test, its supposedly a natural hormone found in the human body. that makes it difficult to ban.

i'll be starting a cycle of vpx's 1-test this week for the first time and pretty excited about it. from what i hear, its supposed to be amazing. i guess i'll find out if i can break my plateus

Basically, the Dietary Supplement Health and Information Act allows any substance naturally occuring in the human body and never sold as a pharmaceutical to be sold as a supplement. If the FDA wants to ban a substance covered by the act it has the burden of proof as to the substances danger. This last part is why you don't see supplement companies publishing studies on the steroids they sell, it would only give the FDA more ammunition to ban these substances.

If you don't like ingesting it.... Convert it into injectable (for experimental/educational purposes only)

Indeed, there are trace amounts of 1-test in your blood naturally, I found in my old biochemistry book. Still I find it strange that it is allowed to just boost that 1-test level by say 1000 just because it is a natural product (and nobody has proposed it as a medicinal drug). Well, good news for you US guys.
