why have people stopped dc and made changes to the program

I do a true DC program. I'm only about 6 weeks into it, but I have no reason to stop or change it. I'm following it pretty strictly and getting great results.

thats awsome. do you follow the eating plan aswell. also how many fats are you getting on this diet. it seems that he asks for an aweful lot of fats.

maybe fats have more effect on muscle gains then i thought perhaps?

how much strength weight and size have you gained
 
I haven't been too strict with the diet. I've been trying to cut more, rather than gain more size. I do supplement a great deal with olive oil. I definitely think the added fat helps a lot.

I've gained a solid 5lbs, but I'm not even trying to gain weight. I've lost a little bit of fat as well.

I've had a slight strength increase, but nothing too big. Some of that is because I'm not doing so much volume anymore, so naturally I can lift more since I'm not going to failure on lighter sets first.
