David Schwimmer showed you the way: give someone enough red, and he will be banned. Ironically, he wasn't the kind of schmuck who really deserves to be banned for annoying behavior, but the point still stands.
In these times, when EF is besieged by a seemingly endless number of new and obnoxious alters, I think swift action is called for.
If you see some new bitch who annoys people, and you think he's an alter, and others think so too, you should red him out of existence.
I know this is not a new idea, because many of you do this on a limited basis. But what I'm talking about is organization; a concerted effort.
You need hit lists.
You need crews of willing red assassins.
It's perfect, because it constitutes a valid use of the karma system (how rare that has been in the past). The common folk of this community can get together and blast a useless alter off the boards forever. There is no need to wait for a mod to do it, and this is much more appropriate.
When new alters appear, you can do it all over again. Call it a passtime.
It's time to take it to the next level.
By the way, I have never given anyone red, and have no interest in playing this game, but I will watch.
