Why does my monitor screen wiggle?

It seems like it has like waves on the side of it.......is my monitor going out on me? because this danged puter goes out of warranty april 29, should i send it back and get them toreplace it or what?

Do you have a cell phone sitting by it? Have you degaused it recently?

Degauss, move cell phone or regular phone away, if you have unshielded speakers (non-computer speakers) move them away...clear everything away from around the moniter and see if it continues.

i always knew that the hospitals say to keep phones away from stuff but i didnt really believe it till we took my grandmother to the ER once and i was using it quietly because ppl were calling to check on her, and her monitors went off

That avatar is horrendous. Maybe if you're wearing cordduroy and moved your legs together the tremors caused a shockwave and messed with your puter.
