Why does my hand smell like curry?

My left hand smells like curry and I don't know why. I haven't eaten anything with curry in it in over a week, so it isn't like I am sweating it out. Plus, nothing else on my smells like curry.

If it were my right hand, I would suspect that my nuts also smell like curry, but I smelled my right hand before and after some nut juggling and it just smells like normal nuts.

I smelled my armpits and there no curry going down there either.

I'm trying to figure out where this is coming from, what the hell?

Also, by "curry" I mean the spice - not the user that was on here back in the day that would post pictures of his skinny long-haired self in tight leather pants and exclaim that he was "hot like fire!". (he was later linked to an ad campaign for Levis I think)

What is a chinaman to do in this day and age when one can smell of an unpleasant smelling spice and not know why.

While the hand-Indian-ass theory is good, it is way off. I haven't had my had in anyone's ass in a few years. Unless scratching my own counts (I tried that with my right hand a few mins ago as a test, but it just smells like ass - no curry there).

As for me being Chinese, not that I know of. I frequently refer to random people, including myself, as an ethnic background and/or slur that isn't based in reality.

Every Americanized/Europeanized Indian woman I have met hasn't had any smell about her at all aside from perfume and nearly always is hot.
Can't say the same for the dudes - then again, many dudes in the software world smell. Apparently myself included.

I have been smelling my left hand's fingers about every 20 seconds now for what I would guess is over 2 hours now.

I just noticed that I lean my face on my left hand. So now I am wondering if my face smells like curry.
I can sniff my upper lip, and it doesn't smell like curry, but that isn't where I rest my hand. My jaw and left side of my head are the area.
But try as I might, I can't sniff those areas.

More sniffing of my fingers. It is both unpleasant and deliriously addictive - much better/worse then the smell of my ass or balls on my right hand's fingers.
