You could pick up some nioxin, or if you want to be more proactive, there are some witches brews that have been posted on the forums through out years.

I think the best thing you can do is to stop worrying about losing hair... it will only expedite the process!

i have nioxin. still isn't making a difference. it is a conspiracy.
