Why does my hair fall out like crazy

Proscar is and nizoral should help.

Wodin, I'm don't use gear. The stuff is illegal and it's bad for you remember. I'm using proscar and nizoral shampoo.

Vixibaby, I don't go swimming in pools. The waters are usually too damn cold and I get bored real quick being in a swimming pool, but if you joined me then I bet I won't get bored.

I mean, I just was scratching my head and next thing you know I have a whole bunch of hair in my hands. I don't want to be bald and ugly.

I have read that too much sun can be hard on the hair folicles. Maybe wear a hat? If you have MPB - Niz, Spiro and Minoxidil might help as well.

You could pick up some nioxin, or if you want to be more proactive, there are some witches brews that have been posted on the forums through out years.

I think the best thing you can do is to stop worrying about losing hair... it will only expedite the process!
